By-Laws of the Association of Unit Owners for North Shore Terrace Condominium Association

The Bylaws govern the operation of the North Shore Terrace Condominium Owner's Association. Topics include elections, meetings, budgeting, reporting requirements, and so on. This document also governs the behavior of residents. This document may be supplemented by various Board resolutions and City codes.

Landlords are required by Oregon state law to provide a copy of the Rules and Regulations for residents and related documents to their tenants. A copy of the By Laws and declarations is given to all homeowners by the title company at closing.

By-Law Oct 2008 First Amendment for North Shore Terrace Condominium Association

The North Shore Terrace Association voted at the July 2008 annual meeting to amend the By-Laws Article X and clarify that decks shall be maintained and repaired by the Association.

By-Law Apr 2011 Parking Amendment for North Shore Terrace Condominium Association

The North Shore Terrace Association voted at the June 2011 annual meeting to amend the By-Laws Book 242, page 540 to 542 to modify the Parking regulations for the Home Owner's Association.

By-Law Jul 2013 Second Amendment for North Shore Terrace Condominium Association

The North Shore Terrace Association voted at the July 2013 annual meeting to amend the By-Laws Article V to modify the required number of board members for the Home Owner's Association to five.

By-Law Oct 2015 Insurance and Deductible Resolution for North Shore Terrace Condominium Association

The North Shore Terrace Association voted at the October 10, 2015 a resolution to the By-Laws Article X Section 1 to modify how the insurance and deductible coverage is applied.
